LexAlia is sold only to companies, sole traders and other professionals, for their professional activity. We do not sell to private individuals (consumers).

Sign-up asks for the company's CUI and for confirmation that you act as a professional. The subscription and the invoice are always in the company's name.

VAT and invoicing

Prices are in euro, without VAT. Payment is handled by Paddle, the merchant of record, which issues the invoice and applies VAT as follows:

Company registered for VAT (RO number valid in VIES)
€5 a month or €50 a year. Reverse charge applies: the invoice carries no VAT.
Company or sole trader not registered for VAT
Romanian VAT of 21% is added: €6.05 a month or €60.50 a year.

The invoice is made out to the company: its name, CUI, VAT number (if any) and registered office, as recorded by ANAF.

Every business (CUI) can try Business free for 30 days, once: when the account opens or at any time after. At the end the account returns to Free by itself; nothing is charged automatically.
