We monitor official sources only. Below are the reuse basis and the access rules we follow for each one.

Portal Legislativ, Ministerul Justiției. Public legislative data, free to reuse per Law 109/2007 on the re-use of public sector information; linked to EU N-Lex. SOAP web service under /apiws/.

ANAF public web services (VAT/TVA status, e-Factura registration, active/inactive, address by CUI). Free, no API key. v9 returns the primary CAEN only; the full CAEN list comes from the ONRC dump.

EUR-Lex, © European Union. Reuse authorised under Commission Decision 2011/833/EU, provided the source is acknowledged. Both discovery and the Romanian text come from Cellar, the Publications Office's public API (publications.europa.eu); the eur-lex.europa.eu website itself is not crawled, and is only what readers are linked to. EU regulations apply in Romania directly, without transposition.

Official API, read by content negotiation. One request every 10 seconds. The eur-lex.europa.eu website answers automated clients with a bot challenge; it is not requested and the challenge is never answered.
